Returns and Refunds

Thank you so much for choosing us! Your order means a lot.

 If you would like to discuss a refund/return please email us at v.wholesale@hotmail.com, or fill out a 'contact us' form and we will be in touch. If you are returning a damaged item please notify us on delivery that your item is damaged or faulty, with photos if possible. If you are returning an item as you no longer need it, this must be within 14 days of receiving. The item must be in its original packaging, unaltered with all tags intact.

Return postage will only be refunded in the case of faulty items. Please include receipt within the returned package or send a copy to our email. Items cannot be returned unless we have arranged a return with you. We require receipt of return items and upon recieiving the items we can then process the refund. We are in no way responsible for items arriving back to us so please get proof of postage. Please note, we do not refund orders that have not arrived by a certain date, so please order in plenty of time.

Delays in postage can sometimes occur due to unforeseen factors. We will always do our upmost to dispatch within the time frame stated (UP to 72 hours on working days, not including bank holidays and weekends) We are not liable for any delay. If your item goes missing, it will only be classed a lost after 21 working days. If your parcels hasn't arrived in this time frame, we will of course offer you a refund or replacement!

Any refunds will be made within 21 working days of you notifying us, this policy does not affect your statutory rights.
